Every new client starts with a complimentary skin consultation. We'll assess your skin type, concerns, and goals before recommending any treatment. You can also reach out via our contact form if you have questions beforehand.
Arrive with a clean face if possible. Avoid retinoids, acids, or active exfoliants for 48–72 hours before treatments like peels or microneedling. We'll send you specific pre-care instructions after booking.
Many clients notice a difference after their very first facial. For more advanced treatments like peels and microneedling, optimal results typically develop over 2–4 weeks as your skin renews itself.
The Signature Facial is fully personalized and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a customized mask, targeted serums, hydration, SPF, and red light therapy. Advanced treatments like microdermabrasion are included where appropriate at no extra charge.
A series is a package of multiple treatments spaced over time to build on each other's results. For the Jessner Resurfacing Peel and Microneedling, a series of three treatments is recommended for the best outcome. Series pricing saves you money compared to booking individually.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to other clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
